5-axis CNC machining & mold making
Contract 5-axis machining for furniture molds, foam and XPS patterns, prototypes and production parts. You send the file or the idea; we machine it in our Ankara workshop and ship it to the USA.

Shapes a 3-axis machine cannot reach
A 3-axis CNC router always comes down vertically. Curved surfaces, undercuts and angled holes need the part to be unclamped and turned, again and again, and every new setup adds error. On a 5-axis machine the tool tilts to meet the surface, so complex parts are cut in fewer setups, with cleaner transitions and better accuracy.
That is why furniture makers, designers and pattern shops use us for molds, curved components and one-off prototypes that would be slow or impossible on a flat-bed router.
- Working area 2500 × 2000 mm (98 × 79 in)
- Parts up to 1 m (39 in) tall
- Fewer setups, cleaner curved surfaces
- One prototype or a full production run
What we machine

Furniture molds
Press and forming molds in MDF and wood for armchairs, chairs and curved panels. We design the mold with you so it carries the exact form of your product.

Foam and XPS patterns
Large foam and XPS blocks for molds, models, props and decorative surfaces. Fast to machine, ideal for prototypes and one-off shapes.

Prototypes and production parts
Curved components, design prototypes and repeat parts in wood, MDF, aluminum and composites, cut from your CAD file.
Wood, foam, aluminum and composites
Most of our work is in solid wood, MDF, foam and XPS. We also machine aluminum, carbon fiber, brass and lead for parts that need them. Not sure which material fits your project? Tell us how the part will be used and we will suggest one.
- Solid hardwoods such as walnut and pear
- MDF and plywood
- Foam and XPS blocks
- Aluminum, carbon fiber, brass
What to send us
A 3D file gets you the fastest and most accurate quote. If you do not have one, a drawing with dimensions, a photo or a physical sample is enough to start.
- 3D files: STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, 3DM
- 2D drawings: DXF, DWG, PDF with dimensions
- Quantity, material and finish
- Where in the USA the parts should ship

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with customers in the USA?
Yes. The USA is our main market outside Turkey. We quote in US dollars, pack every order for international shipping and ship directly to your address.
Can you machine a single prototype?
Yes. We machine one-off prototypes and samples as well as production runs. A sample is often the best way to start a larger order.
What is the largest part you can machine?
Our 5-axis CNC works in an area of 2500 × 2000 mm (98 × 79 in), with parts up to 1 m (39 in) tall. Larger pieces can often be machined in sections and joined.
I only have a sketch. Can you still help?
Yes. Send the sketch with the main dimensions, or a photo of a similar part. We can prepare the 3D model before machining.
How do I pay?
Once you approve the quote, we send you a secure online invoice in US dollars. You can pay by card.
